PRICES

 

 All prices listed in "Export Price List" are in Japanese Yen, F.O.B. Point of shipment. YDM CORPORATION reserves the right to change prices without a notice. Please confirm pricing at order.

PAYMENT

 

 All payments must be paid in Japanese yen. All orders are accepted on the basis of advance payment through wire transfer, check or credit card (Visa or MasterCard). Having two years of business relationship with YDM CORPORATION, the buyer may give written request to change payment method.

SHIPPING

 

 Delivery is generally within three (3) business days after confirmation of payment . In case the payment term is T/T Remittance, delivery is generally within three (3) business days after receipt of order. Unless indicated otherwise by buyer, the shipping method will be at the discretion of YDM CORPORATION.

CANCELLATION

 

 YDM CORPORATION will not accept any cancellation of orders.

RETURN AND
EXCHANGE

 

 Please contact us if you have any concern for product's quality. We will inform you "inspection number "in return . Any product returned to us without this number will not be accepted. Once you receive our "inspection number", please return product(s) with information listed below. Any YDM product that fails as a result of a defect in materials or poor workmanship will either be taken back or exchanged by YDM CORPORATION after inspection.

*Please state the method of sterilization.

YDM CORPORATION is not responsible for the performance or replacement of any YDM Product that has been tampered with, modified, retipped or refitted in any manner.

The selection of shipping method will be at our discretion. We will charge you the freight fee in case any product is returned to us other than our selected method.

REPAIR

 

 Please contact us either by fax or e-mail for repairing of any YDM product. Make sure to contact us in advance for there are cases when a certain product cannot be repaired. In case repairing is possible, we will inform you with an estimated cost and "repairing number". Please ship product after confirminig and accepting the amount of repairing charge.

YDM CORPORATION is not responsible for payment of any shipping charges.
